Prototypes and prototyping
Thanks to our many years of activity in the field of electric vehicle construction and our pioneering work in the early years of this e-trend, we have already gained a great deal of experience in the field of prototype and sample vehicle construction. The knowledge acquired by our employees in linking the most diverse components is the cornerstone of our company for building individual and special prototypes as well as sample/test vehicles. Our customers benefit from this know-how in particular in that we can also realise very special vehicles economically. Together with customers from research institutions or companies, we build vehicles with components and technology that subsequently have to be tested or initially developed at all. Finding solutions for complications of an ever new and individual kind has become one of our core competences. Our established network enables us to procure vehicle components for every need or to design and implement special function carriers.

Due to contractually agreed confidentiality clauses, we are unfortunately unable to present details of such projects to you. The non-disclosure agreements/NDAs protect our partly well-known partners from the German automotive industry and are the basis for research cooperation for testing new vehicle concepts or individual components. This is because a series of tests must be carried out before the actual market launch, e.g. for long-term durability testing. In most cases, not only individual components (e.g. battery systems/special axles/engines) are tested, but entire vehicle conversions are realised by us, i.e. all other necessary components are also installed in our halls. Vehicles that are sold by us as small series have also been developed and tested by us as prototypes in order to ensure that they are ready for series production and are reliable.
