Artega GT - New conversion kit project
In this post we would like to present one of several new projects: The development and implementation of a finished conversion kit for the Artega GT.
The E-Artega gets a 43 kWh LFP battery on a voltage level of 400 V, which is combined with a Tesla Model S rear motor as drive. The finished kit is completely pre-assembled by us and includes a ready-to-plug high-voltage distribution system as well as a functional pre-programmed VCU (vehicle control unit). The VCU basic programming can be extended by the customer independently with additional interactive interfaces. Also included in the kit are a 9.9 kW AC on-board charger for charging the vehicle, a DC/DC converter for supplying the on-board electronics, for example, as well as a PTC heater, an electric vacuum pump and an electric air-conditioning compressor. All of these components are pre-installed by us in the HV distribution and the associated connectors are provided.
